Reservation and Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be requested via e-mail to, which will be confirmed by the same means, indicating the status and deadline for payment or reconfirmation.

The reservation must be reconfirmed through the payment of 100% of the service, with a maximum of 3 days in advance of the date of the service.

If the reservation is canceled 24 hours before the service, it is considered as NO SHOW.
